The BEMA Software Services support desk is here to help! Whether that means answering questions that arise between development days or researching a question or potential strategy. The support team is here to answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, escalate complex problems to the development team, and direct clients to additional training if necessary.


Consulting

The BEMA support team offers consulting services to our clients. We can help brainstorm unique solutions to support your ministries and to make Rock RMS work best for you. We can also help develop new processes or strategies that allow you to accomplish your ministry's goals.


Training

The BEMA Support team not only offers training for staff during the initial implementation of your Rock RMS instance but includes ongoing training after go-live. This training program allows staff to grow in their knowledge of and engagement with Rock.


Training examples include:

  • Data Integrity: How to work toward clean and accurate data in your system
  • Data Views and Reports: Learn to utilize the power of Rock to customize reporting
  • Event Registration Templates: Build and use registration templates
  • Groups: Utilize Groups'capacity within Rock and learn to customize them for your church's needs
  • Check-in: Configure and utilize Rock Check-in features

Auditing

The newest feature offered by the BEMA Software Services support team is Auditing. Beginning this year, we perform an audit of your Rock RMS instance each month, with concentrations on different areas. These are committed to enhancing efficiency and efficacy, as well as investigating any potential vulnerabilities.
